Taylor has been advising clients on their insurance and financial needs for over 30 years. Frank earned both his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his MBA from the University of Southern California. In addition, he played on the USC varsity volleyball team for four years and was a three year starter. Frank has always had the strong belief that the best way to serve and advise his clients, and their advisors, was to provide extensive knowledge. In 1987 he achieved the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriting designation (CLU), and followed up in 1988 with his recurring Chartered Financial Consultant designation (ChFC). In addition, Frank is the one of the only agents in Southern California to have both specialty designations in Family Business (CFBS) and Long Term Care (CLTC). Frank has served as the president for the Los Angeles County Chapter of Financial Service Professionals and the president of the MassMutual local and national agents’ associations. In that role, he advised the Massachusetts Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) on new product design, underwriting and administration. His is frequently called by estate and tax advisors and he is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table, and a MassMutual ELIF (Exceptional Life Insurance In Force). Frank, his wife and children, reside in Sherman Oaks. He actively plays beach volleyball, golf, and rides his bike regularly.
